The Computational-Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (C-BCP) Training Program offers an in-depth exploration of essential techniques across multiple disciplines. Participants will gain hands-on experience in molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, homology modeling, MMPBSA calculations, QSAR and PCA analyses, next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, density functional theory (DFT) studies, materials simulation, sensing studies, and catalysis research. This comprehensive program is designed to provide advanced research skills and methodologies, preparing participants to excel in the scientific community.

Software Mastery
We offer specialized training in a comprehensive suite of essential software, including Origin, MATLAB, Avogadro, ORCA, Gaussian, Quantum Espresso, VESTA, VASP, TopSpin, MNova, AutoDock, AutoDock Vina, PyMOL, Discovery Studio, Chimera, ChemDraw, ChemSketch, Mendeley, Zotero, COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS, GSAS-II, HighScore Plus, GAMESS, LAMMPS, Desmond, and GROMACS. Participants will gain proficiency in these tools, enabling them to effectively perform complex analyses and simulations and integrate advanced software solutions into their research and projects.

Data Analysis
Our Data Analysis Training Program equips students and researchers with the expertise to analyze diverse scientific data, including NMR, Mass Spectrometry, FTIR, UV-VIS Spectroscopy, TGA, DSC, XRD, CV, and HPLC analyses. Through practical workshops, participants develop the skills to interpret data effectively, enhancing their analytical proficiency in scientific research and applications.

Creative Design
We offer specialized training in creating impactful graphical abstracts and cover pages. This service teaches participants how to visually communicate research effectively, using design principles that capture attention and convey complex ideas succinctly.
